Christ's Church Youth Group

Welcome

We hope you choose to join us soon. Our youth group has much to offer. We meet every Wednesday night at 7pm for a time of fun and Bible teaching at our church building located at 12627 River Rd in Ottumwa(www.thechurchforyou.org).

On Sunday nights the youth group meets at the home of David and Jenny Howard (2715 Kenwood) for some more fellowship at 6:30pm.

Music

Music is a very powerful tool used get messages out to all people young and old. Music is a common tool of the media to portray unwholesome messages and ideas to our young people. On the other hand, music can be a valuable tool to convey love and honor to our Heavenly Father if used correctly. There are many Christian bands out there whose messages are good and pure and righteous. Check out some of the bands below. I challenge each and everyone of you to listen solely to Christian music for a week and see if it doesn't change your attitude and thoughts. You may even find that it can replace all of your music choices. I did and have never looked back.---David Howard, youth leader, Christ's Church.
